The 28 Day Kickstart Nutrition Challenge is a complete 4-week faith-based nutrition program that will help you focus on successfully ditching those unhealthy nutrition habits and kickstart some new healthy ones.
KNC (short for Kickstart Nutrition Challenge) will help build a firm wellness foundation by incorporating a Body, Mind, and Spirit approach to your overall wellness and nutrition.
The challenge is divided into 4 weekly goals/healthy habits. Each weeks habit builds upon the previous weeks habits.

It is the perfect kickstart for getting rid of some unhealthy habits that may have crept in, increase your energy, and improve things like healthier looking skin and better sleep.
The fabulous thing about this program is it is HABIT BASED, meaning we are focusing on nutritional habits, not strict rules or eating plans. You can follow the challenge whether you are vegan, keto, paleo, vegetarian, or simply eat a standard diet. The habits work for everyone!

Step by Step Guide – Your downloadable/printable guide will walk you through each week of the challenge, giving you lots of great information and tips to make reaching your goals/habits for the week possible.
Devotional Study – We will be going through Habits of Happiness, a 31-Day YouVersion Bible app devotional by Rick Warren together. Sharing prayers and comments about each days devotional through the app on our devices.
Private Facebook Group – I’m really excited about this part. As part of the private FB group you will receive daily prompts, check-ins, and other great posts where you will be able to discuss with others. This group will be a GREAT place where we can encourage each other, laugh with each other, and maybe even share a recipe or two. I will also be hosting a few FB LIVE events here and there to share recipes, tips, or just to get on and chat to see how everyone’s doing. It’s going to be a blast!

Workouts/Movement – past challenges have had LOTS of workouts included, but since the focus of this challenge is NUTRITION we will be focusing more on our habits and goals. BUT… I will of course be encouraging you to be moving your body in some way each day. I will also be sharing with you some of my favorite workouts and possibly (if you know me, it’s a big possibility) a live Zoom or FB workout opportunity may pop up.
