The method of weight loss and finding the breakthrough in your overall health journey is a two-step process.

1. Shifting habits around HOW we eat and

2. Incorporating the right nutrition with WHAT we eat.

As we work through the METHOD we will address numerous areas and reasons as to why we struggle the way we do. 

Understanding where you are now, and why you struggle with your weight and/or overall health is the key to achieving long-term results and finding that breakthrough you’ve been looking for. 

Through one-on-one workshops, weekly assignments, and daily journaling, you will start to form new, life long habits that will help you reach your set destination on your health journey.

In the Breakthrough Wellness Program you receive:

  • Introductory program call to introduce the program and go over intake forms
  • Weekly Emails
  • Weekly Coaching Calls
  • Weekly Nutrition ‘Tailored to you’ Plans and Mindset Worksheets
  • Friday Check-In emails to see what you need and give reminders for the upcoming week.
